This is a normal feeling. Please don’t be embarrassed. I am a professional
and deal with homes in various states of chaos. I am not there to judge you,
and our relationship in confidential. I will work by your side and support
you so that together we can make a difference




Is there anything I should do to prepare for your visit ?


It is best I see your home as it is to know what your needs may be. So
there’s nothing you need to do




Will I be made to throw things away ?


i am there to help you make decisions, however the final word lies onyou. We can also arrange pickup for donating to charity




Who does all the work ?


It is best done with your involvement specially when it comes to
decluttering. However, there are certain situation where I can work
alone




Will I need to buy organizing items ?


We do the shopping for you. However, the client will be charged 20% to
the total of the shopping bills when the work is completed




What is the difference between home consultation and home organizing
package ?


In Home consultation i’ll guid you through the process of decluttering and
organizing and recommend products for you. Where as home organizing
i’ll work by your side till we finish the process




What if I need to cancel or reschedule a booking ?


We appreciate that your time is precious and so is ours therefore, we ask
that you give us no less than 48 hours notice should you require to cancel a
booking
